While many things have been canceled this year, we found one that combines fresh air and fall fun! Last Sunday I went down the list of local farms and pumpkin patches we hoped to visit and sadly many were closed for the season. Finally I found one that was about a 40 minute drive and offered lots of fun things to do while safely social distancing. So we packed our daytrip backpack and headed out.

Pony rides are $5, food for feeding the animals is $2 and the pumpkin and corn cannon is an additional fee.

Pumpkin Patch Near Me
My boys didn’t know which way to go first when we walked in. To the left is the giant corn maze. Head straight and you’ll find fun for the younger ones – a sand pit to dig in, jumping pillows to bounce on, one for younger kids and another for older ones (limited to only 5 children at a time on each.) And pipe slides!
Down the hill and you’ll see the pony rides.
Farm Near Me – Pony Rides and Petting Farm Fun
To the right there’s a water duck race, tug-a-war, basketball and football target practice and pumpkin/corn cannons.
We worked our way around to have a run on the hay bale maze. It’s huge and so much fun. My oldest hopped from bail to bail as my littlest ran through the rows of hay.
We spent a solid four hours having fun before my youngest wildling started to lose steam. They did NOT want to leave and I promised we would come back again and bring friends.
