I’ve found a delicious idea for lunch that requires no prep, no clean-up and is ready to eat in just minutes. Thank you to our friends at Gorton’s for sponsoring this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
With my son in preschool I have a few hours to myself each day to get things done. It’s still amazing how quickly those hours go by, so I try to make the most of my time between drop-off and pick-up. I love working from home but honestly, it can be so distracting so I’ve really had to create a routine that keeps me focused and efficient.
Deciding what to eat for lunch everyday was something that I realized took up way too much time. Trying to come up with what to eat followed by the whole process of pulling out ingredients, making it and cleaning up afterwards…. Gah! It felt like I spent over an hour just on lunch.
I recently found a solution that’s simple to make and so delicious it makes lunchtime something I look forward to. Have you tried the new Gorton’s Shrimp Bowls? I found them in the frozen section while shopping for groceries and they looked so yummy I had to try them.
They come in two tasty flavors: Black Garlic & Wine Risotto and Stir Fry Soba Noodles. I’ve tried them both and it’s pretty hard to decide which one is better, they are both delicious!
I love that the Stir Fry with Soba Noodles has edamame, peppers and onions in a flavorful soy ginger sauce. It’s seriously like I’m eating a meal from my favorite gourmet take-out restaurant.
And I’m not lying about how quick and easy it is to make these Shrimp Bowls. They heat up in less than six minutes and are ready to enjoy right in the bowl. No clean up!
Moms, you know how hard it is to fit everything in to the little time we have each day. I’m all about life hacks that give you more time for what matters. Finding easy lunch ideas that you can pick up at the store and prepare in minutes is a game changer. Imagine enjoying a delicious, warm lunch without all the work. Stock up on Gorton’s Shrimp Bowls and take back lunchtime!
