You know how you make all those resolutions in January to keep on top of your health and fitness goals. Then February rolls around and it’s just too cold to jump out of your warm bed in the morning to go to the gym. Well, that’s just one of my excuses for why I haven’t been staying on top of my workout routine quite as much as I had planned to. The others would be a new house, a LOT of traveling and a three-nager who wears me out! But now that the weather is warming up I’m getting back in the game. Last week was the first week of our new routine, one that focuses more on fitting in workouts every day, staying active and eating right.

Getting out the door on time takes so much effort and we still manage to run late at least once r twice a week. Between getting me ready, getting Brady ready, making breakfast and gathering up all our gear….. it’s so much!
