I’m a big fan of Nasty Gal. They have a ton of trendy styles and cute clothing for women. And the prices are really great! Some of my favorite closet pieces are things I found for under $30.
Their collection of loungewear and cozy gear is fabulous. I love their two-piece sleep separates and ribbed lounge pants. The softest thing you can wear, but they actually have some structure and look great too.
Black Friday is the absolute BEST time to shop for Nasty Gal deals. They typically run sitewide promos for a big discount off your entire purchase. This is when I stock up on basics I need to replace and order a few cute new styles too.
How to Plan and Shop Black Friday Sales
Black Friday is the day of the year where retailers offer huge discounts on their products. It is a great opportunity for shoppers to get their favorite products at discounted rates.
It’s traditionally seen as the beginning of the Christmas shopping season, because it falls on the day following Thanksgiving Day in the U.S.
- Shop online. Of course there are people who actually enjoy standing in long lines and fighting for the last item on the shelf. But most of us would rather not. You can find almost anything on your wish list for sale online. Consider whether it’s truly worth it to save a few dollars, especially when you consider time, travel and gas.
- Save items to your cart or wishlist before the sale. Scout flyers and save sale items to your cart so you’re ready to go once the sales have loaded
- Use the Rakuten app! Seriously, I don’t know why everyone doesn’t use this app. You get cashback simply from shopping at your favorite stores. AND it gives you the current discount codes to use for even more savings. We save thousands of dollars using this app for back to school and Christmas shopping!
- Know return policies before you shop. I make sure the store has a great return policy before I do my holiday shopping. That way I know I can return any impulse buys, items I find on sale for more later or gifts that my kids change their mind about before Christmas arrives.
