We were so excited to be back in NYC recently for Sweet Suite, hosted by The Toy Insider! Sweet Suite is one of the biggest events of the year for influencers and media hoping to get a preview of what kids adding to their wish lists this holiday season. All the biggest names in toys come together for a night of fun and play. Here’s a look at some of the highlights, along with a few toys we’re excited about….
Pokémon Cards, Toys and Collectibles
Ofcourse, Brady was most excited to visit Pokemon so we made a bee-line for their corner to check out what’s new and what’s coming next. The Pokemon Go Elite Trainer Box caught his eye first. It comes with 10 Pokémon TCG: Pokémon GO booster packs, 1 foil Mewtwo V promo card, card sleeves and 45 energy cards as well as a players guide, damage-counter dice and competition-legal coin-flip die.
If you’re a Pokémon collector or fan of the game, this is must-have.
Jurassic World Dominion Toys and Collectibles
Next up, the Jurassic World Dominion Captivz Dominion Edition collection. Dinosaur toys are HOT thanks to the popularity of the new Jurassic World movie. The Pop N’ Lock eggs come with collectible dinosaurs and slime. Break open the egg to reveal your dinosaur figure, pop him together and he’s ready for battle. Each dinosaur comes with a battle token and guide which tells you details and ratings on it’s species. You can collect, battle and trade dinosaurs to complete your set.

We love Nintendo Switch Sports! When it’s too hot to be outside we get our game on inside playing soccer, volleyball, bowling, tennis or badminton. Nintendo just released a free update that adds a number of fun new features to the game.
The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe games adds the Booster Course Pass DLC for the Nintendo Switch system on August 4th. Eight new courses added, including Sky-High Sundae and the Waluigi Pinball course. Check out the trailer here.
