Holiday season in full swing! Which means COFFEE, coffee, coffee, coffee. I love my Dunkin Donuts coffee runs just as much as the next girl but sometimes I can’t get out to get to the coffee shop. Thankfully there’s International Delight creamer and all the flavors of the holidays so I can DIY my own coffee drinks at home.

I love the holidays, but it always feels like they come around so quickly I get a little overwhelmed and anxious. Getting the house ready for hosting Thanksgiving, followed by putting up Christmas decorations and shopping for gifts, it’s a crazy time of year for us. So I’ve started a holiday tradition to help me get through the hectic holiday hustle calmly and enjoy the spirit of the season.

Holiday Season, But First Coffee with International Delight Creamer

A few days before Thanksgiving I set aside some time to pull out our Christmas decorations and sort through them. But first, coffee! Coffee and sugar cookies, a batch of deliciousness and a sweet cup of caffeine to get me in the spirit of the season. I turn on some Christmas music, sit and sip as I unwrap ornaments and reminisce over our collection of momentos. Theres an ornament from our honeymoon trip, a Christmas mouse passed down from my childhood, our son’s baby footprint. I love taking the time to celebrate these memories and imagine the new ones we will create this year.

Holiday Season, But First Coffee with International Delight Creamer

Celebrating the holiday season can be as simple as a taste of something that takes you back to Christmas long ago. I remember making sugar cookies with my mom, rolling out the dough and impatiently waiting for them to bake. So that taste of sweetness is something I like to indulge in when I have the chance to bake a batch for my family to enjoy. I also love that I can easily add that same deliciousness to my coffee with International Delight’s Sugar Cookie Coffee Creamer.
