I can't believe Halloween is almost a week away! We have tons of fun activities planned over the next few days. Trunk or treating, Halloween parties, fall festivals…gosh, it feels like my calendar is crammed full. I love this time of year though so I'm really excited to do lots of fun things with the kiddos.
You know me, I like to add something fun to every occasion, especially the holidays. I made this Halloween madlib game for the kids to play before we headed out to a neighborhood Halloween party last night. I ran by Walmart and grabbed a Tombstone Pepperoni pizza, a bag of NESTLÉ Fun Size Candy and some NESTLÉ TOLLHOUSE Pumpkin Morsels to make some cookie bars to bring to the party.
I popped our Tombstone pizza in the oven and printed off my Halloween madlib. I love a quick and easy dinner on days when we've got lots planned. We sat at the table and filled out our Halloween game while we snacked on the yummy pepperoni pizza. My little guy needed some help with his words of course, but that made his answers even sillier trying to get him to say a noun or verb with his limited vocabulary! I wanted to make something sweet to give our party hostess. These Peanut Butter Pumpkin Cookie Bars are absolutely amazing! I just added the new NESTLÉ TOLLHOUSE Pumpkin Morsels to my normal go-to cookie bar recipe. So simple and it takes less than 15 minutes to make and bake!

The Halloween party was a blast and they LOVED my pumpkin bars. We dressed Brady up as Marty McFly, a tribute to Back to the Future Day. It was a big hit!
I've shared my Halloween game idea with you plus a recipe for my delcious Peanut Butter Pumpkin Bars. What fun stuff do you have planned for Halloween with your kids?
