Easter basket ideas, how to put together the perfect basket of goodies for your little bunnies!
Sharing some cute Easter basket ideas with goodies your littles will love. Plus, I’ll show you how to make an easy Easter card with a fun little bunny tail and free printable design.
Easter is just around the corner and I’ve been on the hunt for some fun ideas for Easter basket fillers. I’ve got several baskets to make, one for my little munchkin of course and a few others. I always put together a basket for my husband, we like to celebrate all the holidays with a little something fun. I’m making a basket of treats for our elderly neighbor as well, just to show her that some bunny is thinking of her.
I’m obsessed with the Target dollar spot and I always start there for cute holiday decorations. They have the most adorable stuff and it’s so inexpensive you can grab up a bunch without feeling guilty. I found some cute jars with painted bunny lids that I can fill up with treats.
Speaking of treats, I got all kinds of giddy in the candy aisle when I came across the M&M’s White Strawberry Shortcake flavors. My Super Target had a sampling event and I got to taste them. Oh my gosh, they are so yummy! I grabbed up a bag for my Easter baskets and a bag for myself. My sweet tooth couldn’t say no to the DOVE Peanut Butter eggs so those went in the cart as well, along with some Starburst Sweet & Sour Jellybeans and a few other fun candies I know everyone will love. Can’t forget the DOVE Milk Chocolate Bunny, that’s a time honored tradition, right? The chocolate Easter bunny is a sweet memory from my childhood.

I filled my son’s basket up with candy and a few other fun surprises. He’ll be most excited to open up the Skittles and Orbit Eggs, my husband will claim most of the chocolate I’m sure. For my neighbor’s basket I filled the cute jars from Target up with the yummy M&M’s White Strawberry Shortcake candies (yes, I had to have one or two!) She’ll love the DOVE Peanut Butter eggs as well, I may have tried one to make sure they are tasty enough to share.
Now just need a cute card to attach to the basket and it’s all ready to set out on the doorstep. I made this simple and sweet Easter bunny card that’s perfect for letting some “bunny” know you care. You can print it out and wish someone a Happy Easter too, just follow the easy instructions below.
Happy Easter everyone! Hope you have a wonderful Easter weekend filled with sweetness and spending time with the one’s you love. Share your fun ideas for Easter basket goodies in the comments or on my Facebook page.
