The beach area tends to be a bit less crowded as well on the Cove side.

For families looking for a fine dining experience, the resort’s signature restaurants offer a range of culinary options. Fresh seafood to steak and other international cuisine. My favorite is Nobu, the Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi restaurant inside the Royal Towers. It’s on the pricier side, but so good!

Fish by José Andrés at the Cove is also one of the more expensive dining options, but worth it for an amazing dining experience. This is the perfect restaurant if you are celebrating an occasion or just want a fine dining meal that will blow your mind. The lobster bisque is a must-try, and the mahi-mahi is so flavorful. Portions are smaller but presentation is on point. They also offer a great wine list.

We also love the Seafire Steakhouse in the Marina. They offer a great selection of steak, fish and pasta dishes.

Carmine’s is another popular restaurant option. This NYC chain offers Italian favorites served up family style. The portions are HUGE so come with an appetite and consider sharing plates.

For those who prefer a more relaxed dining experience, the resort’s buffets, cafes and casual restaurants offer a range of options, from pizzas and salads to burgers. Enjoy a quick bite or a leisurely meal while taking in the stunning views of the resort and the ocean.
