Girls Night In Party With Fifty Shades Darker

Stay in and slip into something darker this weekend!

This weekend is going to be so fun I can hardly wait! I LOVED Fifty Shades of Grey and couldn’t wait to see the second film, Fifty Shades Darker. And now I get to host an exciting girl’s night in to watch the movie again with a few of my favorite gals. I’ve got the cocktails ready to pour and some sinfully sweet snacks for everyone to munch on. It’s going to be so fun!

- set up the cocktail/mocktail bar
- make snacks

Cocktail Recipe — Dark Crush Rosé Sangria

First I’ll show you how to make the cocktails. I love this drink, it’s perfect for parties! You only need a few ingredients and you can make a whole batch ahead of time. Plus everyone LOVES it so it’s always a hit.

Ingredients

bottle of dry Rosé
1 bag of frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 bottle club soda
1/2 lemon

Directions

In a large pitcher combine wine, 2 cups of frozen raspberries and sugar. Stir well and allow to refrigerate at least 2 hours (best overnight.) Squeeze half a lemon in and stir. Add ice and a spoonful of frozen raspberries to a glass. Pour sangria and top with a splash of club soda.

What goes well with a dark and sexy movie? Dark chocolate and sinfully good popcorn of course. This sweet snack mix is so delicious it’s hard to control yourself. Your guests won’t be able to keep their hands off.

Party Snack Recipe— Decadent Drizzled Dark Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients

-5 cups of popped popcorn (regular or toffee flavored)
-2 cups of white chocolate chips
-2 cups of dark chocolate chips
-1 cup of honey roasted peanuts or/and cashews

Directions

Spread popcorn out on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate in microwaveable bowl and drizzle over popcorn. Melt dark chocolate in a separate microwaveable bowl and drizzle over popcorn. Add nuts and allow to cool.
