I need to try this. My nails just do NOT grow. My hair is fine, but my nails break the second they pop over my finger š
I’ve been pretty fortunate to have strong and healthy hair and nails. Sometimes there are two healthy because they grow too long and too fast .

I’ve heard about Glow! Glad to actually see someone write about it. I will have to share this with my mom. She takes Biotin but the growth isn’t happening as much as she would like it to.
I don’t have a problem with my nails growing but sometimes I have a problem with my hair. But I think it is because I let split ends go for too long. This might help me with it anyway though!

I was just talking to my neighbor about how awesome our hair looked when we were pregnant. Maybe it was the prenatal vitamins. I need to look into these.
